This course is designed to assist CRC users with the task of building scripts for submission of jobs into the Sun Grid Engine (SGE) batch management (queuing) system. The course extends the basic scripts demonstrated in the CRC Basics Hands-On Training by applying additional Unix commands for file I/O, movement, copying, directory building and numerous other activities associated with the data management of research projects.
